I have never been one to enroll in any of these types of insurances. I was going to decline everything until I explored the site. I could tell you a million reasons why I never have enrolled in benefits such as this, but it really boiled down to I didn't think I could afford it, I never understood what each was for, and I hate filling out this sort of paperwork. They explain everything perfectly and it was not complicated. In the long run it was (and will be) definitely worth it, especially for my family. Maybe your next email out could explain that it is a short process and well worth the investment? I appreciate this benefit and am glad it was offered! I will also be taking advantage of the VSP benefits tomorrow. Another first for me! Thank You!

What is the service fee for?

The fee is used to the pay the merchant processing fee for the transaction. The fee also covers any fees we incur due to chargebacks.

How is the service fee calculated?

The service fee is calculated on the total amount of premium (2.9% plus $1.60 for credit and debit card, 0.08% plus $1.60 for ACH)

Will the service fee change?

We do not know when our service fee will change, but we will update our site as soon as it does.

How does the carrier get paid?

The carriers are paid on the 10th of the following month following payment from consumers. EnrollVB sends funds and a remittance file to the carrier detailing the consumers products and amounts collected.

Does EnrollVB hold any funds?

EnrollVB only holds funds between the consumer being charged and sending funds to the carriers.

Does EnrollVB capture any funding source information (account numbers)?

No, EnrollVB does not store credit or debit card numbers or account/routing numbers. EnrollVB can only identify the last four of the account or card numbers to distinguish with the consumer which payment method was used.

Does EnrollVB have any access to the consumer's account?

Yes, EnrollVB can look up the consumers with first and last name or full SSN. We can see all demographic information, payment history, and benefit elections. However, EnrollVB cannot see the consumer's banking information - only the last four digits of their account number.

Which carriers and products does EnrollVB support?

EnrollVB currently supports over 90 carriers and over 320 products. See below for some of our valued partners or reach out to us with specific questions on carriers and products.

Can I utilize the "checkout" feature on my smartphone?

Yes, consumers can check out easily on a smartphone. Our enrollment site is completely mobile enabled from a first generation iPhone to the latest model, the same for iPads, tablets and any hand held smart device.

How does a consumer change their payment options?

The consumer can log into their account with their credentials and update their payment method from their home screen.

What payment options are available to consumers?

Consumers can pay using a credit or debit card or ACH. ACH payments require microdeposit verification, which are small amounts deposited into the consumer's bank account. The consumer is then sent a follow up email to verify these microdeposits. Consumers can also utilize Apple or Android Pay if they are enrolling on a smartphone device.
